Jennifer VanderLaan – Service Coordinator
Jennifer has been with the company just over 15 years, and has been the service coordinator for a little over 10 years. She schedules and dispatches service technicians and fire inspectors, when Subscribers call in needing repairs or inspections. Having to keep on top of so much all at once is challenging at times, but she says, “I’ve got a great crew to work with, which helps a lot.” Jennifer is a big reason why Washington Alarm has such a high customer service rating!
