eLink is your up to the minute window to all the details and activity of your account. eLink puts you in the driver's seat on various aspects of your fire and security alarm systems administration and data access. Remove the middle person and any delays in getting up to the minute account information. With Internet access and eLink, you have:

Alarm Site Information: View and edit the basic identification of your account, address, phone number, etc.

View Alarm History:

  • View signals on your account in real time, from anywhere that you have internet access. Check if your system is armed or not, who last armed or disarmed the system and when, who entered during off hours, how long were they on site andwhen did they leave, troubleshoot system problems in real time, follow up on current service requests, research closed service history, etc.
  • Use Signal History with Card Access and/or Open/Close by Employee Reporting as a tool to verify employee time cards.
  • We store 3+ years of account/signal history. This period is always available to you via eLink. You will no longer need to retain bulky hard copy reporting. Use eLink for your signal history storage and retrieval tool. NOTE: Longer time periods are available on an ad-hoc basis, upon request.
Customer Information Sheets: Process reporting of your contacts, zone descriptions, notes on your account. Distribute these reports across your enterprise as needed. Options for these reports have been set to our most popular parameters.

History Reports: All the components of our Activity Reporting Library are available to you via eLink! Reports can be run and viewed online or saved to your online folder or your local PC for later review and/or distribution, as often as needed.

Emergency Contact List: Allows you to view and edit the Emergency Contacts on your account. In a dispatch emergency, valuable time can be wasted calling changed or disconnected phone numbers or former employees. Review and revise your Emergency Contacts and Notes when convenient for you. Keep contacts current in a fast and easy way.

Panel Information: Get information about your alarm panel. Get instructions on arming or disarming your panel, resetting your sensors, clearing keypads and alarms and more.

Supervised Schedules: View and edit your Supervised Openings and Closings Schedule. Make changes to your opening or closing hours temporarily or long term,. Use eLink to view current parameters and make changes as needed, when needed.

Mailing/Billing Address: View and edit your mailing/billing address.

Billing and Payments: View your billing and payment history. Ensure correct billing and no missed bills or payments.

Auto Pay: Set up ongoing, automatic payment for your Washington Alarm services. No more stamps, envelopes, and one less check to write.

Make Payment: Pay your Washington Alarm charges online using your Visa or Mastercard. Use this one at a time method or Auto Pay for consistent automatic payments.

View Report Box: Allows you to view your previously processed and stored reporting. Reporting that you have processed can be viewed, printed, downloaded to PC in text file format or emailed to other recipients.
